For English learners as a second language, using prepositions correctly is one of the most difficult things. Today, one of my instructors in GABA English School told me a website about prepositions.

It's getting cold these days.

My car was wiped out lase Tuesday, so it is in the process of being repaired.

I'm driving a loaner car now.

It's an eco friendly car named " Prius" sold by Toyota.

The sound of its motor is very quiet.

I'm afraid that pedestrians will not hear the car as it comes towards them!

I've started the twitter in English.

And I also added it to my blog.

get start the Google Buzz

I don't know well about this program. But , I get started to use the Google Buzz. I can share updates mails,videos,photos and more with using this.

Esophageal cancer

I had a partail esophagectomy with partial proximal gastrectomy reconstructed by esophagogastrosotomy for the first time in 3years.
It was a severe advanced esophageal cancer located on the zigzag line. The most important point of this surgery is how to dissect lymph nodes in appropriate way and region. But in case of advanced cancer, we cannot take control of disease with surgery alone. The patients need to receive additional chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Maybe they have a poor outcome.

New Year Day 2010

Happy New Year!
It is snowing heavily and need to shovel the snow.
Ambitious for 2010 are
1. Pass the USMLE
2. Get the board of gastrointestinal surgery
3. Acceptance of 3 papers.
4. Continue writing English blogs.
5. politeness behavior

About one month

It's been nearly a month since I moved to Toyooka.
During this month, I got a new car, new job, and new apartment.
But I'm not happy than I used to be in Osaka.
I don't think this is a challenging enviroment.
I wish I could be back to Osaka.
